Snowy evenings, warm blankets, the smell of holiday cooking, the chatter of family all gathered in the kitchen…the sound of holiday records echoing through the home - memories so real you can almost feel them. TJ shares a light, slowed down version of Jingle bells just in time for the Holidays.

I had wanted to put my own spin on a holiday classic and offer guidance through slowing things down. The holidays can race by - we all get caught up in them and before you know it, they are gone. But I see them as a time to reflect on the past year and set your intentions for the next one ahead. They are a time to be as present as possible with not only yourself, but with your loved ones. I wanted this version of Ambient Jingle Bells to be your holiday mindfulness reminder to breathe, slow down time by becoming present, and see the magic in that. Wishing you and yours a very happy holiday season.
