within us is an ocean, vast and deep, and yet we sail along the top of the water rarely looking beneath the surface. atop, we are small and subject to storms, wind and waves. but below there is stillness, always present despite the activity above. if we are able to pause long enough and feel the subtle exchange of gifts with each breath, we may be able to glimpse the calm.

set + setting are terms used often in the entheogenic community as ways to prepare yourself for a journey. this suite of explorations are designed to be your hand safely anchored ashore, welcoming you home whenever you need. it’s okay to set sail, you always come back.
